Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If not completely satisfied we will refund your purchase money within 30 calendar dates from the date you received your footrest.
To be eligible for a return, item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories.
Please retain your receipt, as you will need proof of purchase for all returns.
Once we receive your footrest, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item.
Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Otherwise shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund..
